Numiscape offers access to a premium online catalogue and reference library. All fees charged are for digital access, information services, and platform features.

2. No Refund Policy

Payments made for:

• Subscriptions
• Memberships
• Digital access plans
• Reports or downloadable material

are non-refundable, except where mandated by Indian consumer law.

3. Cancellation

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
• Access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds will be issued.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate charge occurs, users can request verification. After confirming with the payment gateway, a refund will be issued for duplicate payments only.

5. Payment Gateway Issues

Numiscape is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
