3. What makes Numiscape different from printed catalogs?
Printed catalogs update once a year. Numiscape updates regularly with real market data, new varieties, price changes, and expert inputs — so your information is never outdated.
4. Do you cover both circulation and commemorative coins?
Yes. All post-independence coins issued for circulation both definitive & commemorative issues are included, mint sets, and special issues might be added later.
5. Do you cover British India or world coins?
Currently, Numiscape covers Post-Independence India. British India and world sections may be added later.

6. How accurate are the market values?
Values are derived from real transactions — dealer trades, auctions, private sales, market trends — and reviewed by senior numismatists.
7. How often is the database updated?
Updates are made regularly. Prices, varieties, and new findings are reflected as soon as verified.
8. Are mule coins and varieties verified?
Yes. All mules, die varieties, lion varieties, and strike-related details are verified by experts and cross-checked with real specimens.
9. Who updates the data?
A trusted panel of experienced numismatists, researchers, and market specialists.
10. Will I be notified of price changes?
Yes, members receive updates and alerts for major price changes and important findings.

12. Can beginners use Numiscape?
Absolutely. The interface is designed to be simple and beginner-friendly.
13. Does Numiscape offer grading or authentication?
Not at the moment. We provide educational guidance, but physical authentication is not included.
14. Does the platform work offline?
No. Numiscape is a cloud-based platform and requires internet access.
15. Can I use Numiscape on multiple devices?
Yes. You can access it on mobile, tablet, and computer. However, sharing login credentials is restricted.

16. What is the price of the subscription?
Launch offer: ₹1199/year
Actual value: ₹2999/year
17. Will the price increase later?
The introductory launch price is limited-time. Early subscribers may receive renewal benefits, but the price will not remain ₹1199 forever.
18. What is included in the introductory offer?
Full access to all features, updates, valuations, and varieties for one year.
19. Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Yes. As we introduce new membership tiers, early users will get special upgrade options.
20. Do you offer multi-user or bulk subscriptions?
Subscriptions on Numiscape are for single users only. However, dealers, clubs, and institutions can request bulk access at discounted rates.
Payment & Billing
21. What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. International cards may work depending on the bank.
22. Is payment safe on Numiscape?
Yes. Transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS–compliant gateways used by major Indian platforms. We do not store your card details.
23. Does the subscription auto-renew?
No. Currently, we do not auto-renew. You’ll receive renewal reminders.
24. Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are offered, as users get full access instantly. However, technical issues will be resolved by our support team.
25. I paid but didn’t get access. What should I do?
Send us your payment screenshot or UPI reference ID. Your account will be activated immediately.
26. Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. You will receive a GST-compliant invoice after payment.
27. Can I pay for multiple years at once?
Currently, only annual plans are available. Multi-year plans may come later.
